Uncovering the Latest Findings

The multidisciplinary nature of our focused Artificial Intelligence Lab has been the major strength of our research since we began our work in 2010.

Deep learning algorithms based on convolution neural networks (CNNs) have been applied to the problem of generating a saliency map for human fixation prediction in images over the last two years.


While the effectiveness of CNN-based techniques is unquestionably excellent, there are a few important drawbacks to be aware of.


True Impact lead the development and training of a network on the SALICON dataset, which was subsequently fine-tuned using our data.

Our Datasets

We've performed numerous in-person and remote studies in a variety of businesses throughout the years. We have over 5000 significant data points from EEG, eye tracking, and biometrics in neuromarketing that we use to provide interpretations and recommendations for prediction models.


The method creates a report providing a number of visual results for a supplied image file, including a predicted scan-path containing ordered fixations on a page. As long as the ad's intended purpose is related to a simplicity score, a focus score, and a performance score.


We can undertake internal validation benchmarking and performance adjustment by using many algorithms and our internal storage of EEG, eye-tracking, and biometric data.

Our Next Challenges

Because no two media advertisements are alike, creating engaging ads sometimes necessitates the use of good content, human images, and other objects to convey emotions and better target the target audience.

This led to our next objective, and that is to use text detection to distinguish text regions in advertisements and then assess the text contents for sentiments caused by tonality and structure.

​

Furthermore, we are incorporating facial detection and facial expression analysis, which will allow us to specifically recognize faces in a media advertisement piece and select facial expression cues such as mood, intention, and awareness in order to tie them to the ad's ultimate goal.
